About Position: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator with strong expertise in email systems and network troubleshooting. This role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 services, ensuring secure and reliable mail flow, and providing advanced technical support for complex issues. Role: M365 Administration Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 14 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, focusing on Exchange Online mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and hybrid configurations. Perform message tracing and resolve mail routing issues across cloud and hybrid environments. Implement and maintain email security standards including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and ensure compliance with DNS and TLS protocols. Diagnose and resolve network-related issues involving firewalls, NAT, VPNs, proxies, and perform packet analysis using tools like Wireshark or tcpdump. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Python for log analysis, configuration validation, and custom diagnostic tools. Collaborate with customers and internal teams, translating technical findings into clear, actionable guidance. Document processes and maintain accurate technical records. Work within established support workflows and ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk. Provide L3-level technical support for email security and cloud service integration. Expertise You'll Bring: Microsoft 365 Administration: Hands-on experience with Exchange Online mail flow, message tracing, transport rules, connectors, and hybrid mail routing. Email Security & Protocols: Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MIME, DNS, and TLS. Network Troubleshooting: Practical knowledge of firewall rules, NAT, VPN, proxy configurations, and packet analysis using tools like Wireshark or tcpdump. Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for log parsing, configuration checks, and creating diagnostic tools. Communication & Documentation: Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal teams. Support Workflow Familiarity: Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk. Advanced Technical Support: Prior L3 support experience in email security or cloud service integration.
