**About the Role**:
M365 Copilot Administration: Lead the configuration, optimization, and user support for M365 Copilot services across the organization.
Power Platform Administration: Oversee Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring robust governance, seamless performance, and security compliance.
SharePoint Online Support: Manage sites, permissions, and workflows, and assist with migrations and governance.
Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor data protection policies, ensuring compliance with Microsoft 365 security standards.
Tenant Administration: Configure tenant-wide settings, manage user roles and licenses, and troubleshoot complex issues.
PowerShell Scripting: Develop scripts to automate and streamline administrative tasks, enhancing efficiency across M365 services.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 8+ years of proven experience in Microsoft 365 technologies, including M365 Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

**Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of M365 tools, PowerShell scripting, Azure AD, Active Directory, and security policies.
**Certifications**: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred.
**Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
