About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team at Crio.Do. This internship is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various channels.- Schedule and manage interview processes and follow-ups.- Maintain accurate candidate records and support documentation.- Participate in recruitment drives and campus engagement initiatives.Skills & Qualifications- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.- Understanding of recruitment workflows and hiring funnels.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute.- Comfortable working with tools like Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.Other InformationWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayTimings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMLocation: Thiruvanmiyur, ChennaiThis internship offers practical exposure and a chance to work with a fast-paced and dynamic team driving Crio.Do’s growth journey.
