Lead financial reporting under Ind AS/IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders. Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements. Implement, monitor, and audit Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), including General IT Controls (GITC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC). Lead the preparation of monthly MIS and financial statements for stakeholder reporting. Lead the finance ERP implementation charter for the relevant segments. Lead the implementation of SOPs across processes and ensure adherence through regular reviews. Ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and drive positive change.
