We take pride in quality, innovation, and a team culture that embraces ownership and continuous improvement.Position Overview:The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of our artisanal syrups. This role requires hands-on coordination, team leadership, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology, Home Science, or Hotel Management and bring a proactive approach to production management.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and food safety protocols.- Lead and support the production team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and safety standards.- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommending process improvements to optimize efficiency.- Maintain production documentation, reports, and batch records for traceability and audits.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and logistics for seamless operations.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Home Science, Hotel Management, or a related field.- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food production or manufacturing supervisory role.- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols.- Strong organizational and team leadership skills.- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.- Based in Hoodi, Bangalore or willing to relocate.Why Join Swa?- Opportunity to work in an innovative, dynamic startup culture with growth potential.- Hands-on role with direct impact on product quality and production efficiency.- Collaborative environment fostering learning, innovation, and ownership.- Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with industry standards.Application:Please send your resume to Subject line: “Application – Production Supervisor (Hoodi, Bangalore)”
