Position Overview: The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of our artisanal syrups. This role requires hands-on coordination, team leadership, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology, Home Science, or Hotel Management and bring a proactive approach to production management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and food safety protocols. - Lead and support the production team, providing training, coaching, and performance management. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material availability. - Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and safety standards. - Identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommending process improvements to optimize efficiency. - Maintain production documentation, reports, and batch records for traceability and audits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and logistics for seamless operations. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Home Science, Hotel Management, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a food production or manufacturing supervisory role. - Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols. - Strong organizational and team leadership skills. - Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Based in Hoodi, Bangalore or willing to relocate.
