We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IVR & Cloud Solutions Developer with a strong leadership background to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IVR platforms and cloud technologies, leading development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Design, develop, and maintain IVR solutions using platforms like Twilio and Microsoft 365 . Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure , or other cloud platforms. Manage CI/CD pipelines , containerization ( Kubernetes ), and DevOps best practices for seamless deployments. Ensure security and privacy compliance in handling customer data. Work with tools like Jira, GitHub, Confluence for project tracking, version control, and documentation. Net, Java, Node.js , and other scripting languages. 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in IVR development and 2+ years in team leadership . ~ Strong proficiency in IVR platforms ( Twilio, Microsoft 365). ~ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration tools ( Kubernetes ). ~ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Agile methodologies, and project management tools ( Jira, Confluence, GitHub ). ~ Strong understanding of security and privacy standards for customer data. ~
