We're looking for a L&D manager who's well rounded with best practices and leadership qualities. Learning & Development (L&D) Manager Reports To: Global Head of HR Employment Type: Permanent The Global Learning & Development (L&D) Lead will drive the organization’s capability-building agenda across geographies. This role will design and deliver scalable learning strategies, leadership programs within the technical domain, and behavioral capability initiatives to strengthen performance and prepare future leaders. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, skilled at designing engaging development experiences, and adept at aligning global learning initiatives with business goals. Learning Strategy & Capability Building Develop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with business priorities and talent needs. Build a learning culture that promotes continuous skill enhancement and career growth. Design and deliver leadership programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders. Partner with business and HR teams to identify high-potential talent and craft development journeys. Partner with business units and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop technical and domain-specific learning programs. Curate and manage global learning content through digital platforms and external partnerships. Learning Operations & Governance Leverage technology (LMS, digital learning tools, AI-driven solutions) to scale global delivery. Qualifications & Experience: ~ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, OD, Psychology, or related field preferred. ~10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development roles. ~ Proven experience designing and implementing global leadership programs. ~ Experience with digital learning platforms and analytics tools. ~ Data-driven decision-making
