Client Onboarding: Engage potential clients via cold calling, social media, and digital touchpoints such as website leads and landing pages.2. Luxury Property Consultation: Pitch premium properties to clients, accompany them on-site, and follow through persistently until the deal is closed.3. Relationship Management: Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and clients to keep momentum and push every potential lead to conversion.4.
