Position: Deputy Manager – Operational Excellence Location: Chennai

Spearhead Continuous / Process Improvement projects

• Trained in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (or) Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt professional from a reputed institution

• Minimum 9 years of overall Work experience out of which 4 to 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement / Delivery Excellence / Operational Excellence / Performance Excellence role with a mandatory exposure and experience in deploying / implementing Process Discovery / Task Mining preferably from services industry (BPO / Shared service centre / Global business services)

• Work with cross functional team (Internal & Stakeholders) to understand process nuances and should posses the ability to execute projects as per the agreed timelines

• Work along with Operations, OE & Automation CoE team to spearhead Process Discovery recommendation implementation

• Exposure to Process Discovery & mining practices is mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
