Candidates will work across technical and functional streams to ensure seamless deployment, integration, architecture of Temenos and its related modules. The role covers end-to-end activities from requirement gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a superior user experience. Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities As a Temenos Core Banking Consultant, the candidate will provide technical oversight and expert guidance on the configuration and architecture of Temenos modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term technology strategy. The consultant will analyse the current-state architecture, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and define the future-state architecture to optimize processes, integrations, and system performance. They will design and manage integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and interface engines, while defining and implementing performance optimization strategies to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. The role includes overseeing version upgrades, patches, and module migrations, collaborating with DBAs, infrastructure, and cloud teams to establish robust environments, deployment strategies, and security standards. Additionally, consultant will also assist in data migration, mapping legacy data to Temenos structures, and validating accuracy, lead post-go-live support, incident management, root cause analysis, and the implementation of automation, batch processing, and advanced reporting workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Acting as a trusted advisor, the consultant will guide business and IT stakeholders on best practices, continuous improvement, and innovative solutions to maximize the value of the Temenos Core Banking system. Functional Responsibilities As a Temenos Core Banking Consultant, the candidate will gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple banking domains, including retail, loans, deposits, payments, wealth, and treasury. They will map current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
