Shram Sarathi seeks a committed professional with expertise in consumer protection for financial inclusion. This role involves assisting individuals impacted by financial fraud, mediating fraud cases, and engaging in research, advocacy, and policy efforts. The position requires travel and direct engagement with worker communities and stakeholders, supported by senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Fraud Prevention: Lead education, assistance, and advocacy efforts related to financial fraud, including case management, field coordination, and field team support.
- Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on program outputs and outcomes to measure progress and impact.
- Case Mediation: Identify and mediate financial fraud cases through community interactions and personal engagement.
- Advocacy & Research: Advocate consistently on fraud issues and publish research-backed insights.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain connections with the community to strengthen program effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Graduate with a background in labor law, human rights, or legal aid programs preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
- Communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Leadership & Coordination: Demonstrated experience in team management, program coordination, and partnership-building.
- Willingness to Travel: Regular field travel required.
- Data Management: Skilled in data analysis and program monitoring.
