Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc. Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less Gen AI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3 D & Digital experiences in Upcoming releases include Gen AI-driven 3 D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement. Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations. Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out. We are looking for a Business Operations Associate (QA/QC) to join our team at Flam. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of both client-provided and internally created assets, as well as validating live campaigns across multiple regions and languages. You will also use Flam's internal dashboard to track, review, and create client demos, playing a key role in delivering a seamless experience to our clients. Review and validate assets received from clients and those created internally for completeness, correctness, and alignment with brand guidelines. Use Flam's internal dashboard to track, verify, and document asset and campaign quality, and create client demos/reports. Perform quality checks of live campaigns (including newspaper editions in multiple languages). Conduct early-morning QC reviews to ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time. Collaborate closely with design, product, tech, and client success teams to deliver a smooth client experience. 0–2 years of experience in business operations, QA/QC, or campaign execution (freshers with strong attention to detail are welcome). ~ basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva/Figma) are a plus. ~
