Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.
The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in
Key Focus Areas:
Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.
About the Role:
We're looking for a go-getter Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. This role demands someone with exceptional communication skills, a client-first mindset, and a deep understanding of the creative process. If you're someone who loves the hustle, lives for launch days, and knows how to keep clients smiling while keeping internal teams aligned – we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact between the agency and the client – own the relationship.
- Understand and interpret client briefs, marketing goals, and creative needs.
- Coordinate closely with Creative Directors, Visualisation Teams, and Tech Team.
- Manage day-to-day communication and project flow between internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay on top of timelines, deliverables, and approvals – ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Be ready for late nights and launch mode madness – we hustle hard when it matters most.
- Constantly look for ways to add value, solve problems, and build trust with clients.
What You Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role (creative/media agency preferred).
- Polished verbal and written communication – client-friendly and creative-team-friendly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proactive, not reactive.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and personalities at once.
- Passion for branding, creativity, and delivering impact.
- A love for tight deadlines, high energy, and launch adrenaline.
