Aruba Switching and Wireless Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Aruba Switching and Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Aruba network infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning to ensure a secure and efficient network environment.Key Responsibilities:- Configure, Troubleshoot and manage Aruba switches and wireless solutions.- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues.- Optimize network performance using Aruba Central, ClearPass.- Implement security policies and best practices for network infrastructure.- Lead network upgrade projects and integration initiatives.- Develop and maintain network documentation and best practice guidelines.- Act as an L3 escalation point for critical wireless network issues.- Diagnose and resolve complex Wi-Fi performance, connectivity, and security issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot wired/wireless integration problems.- Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass for AAA, 802.1X authentication, and policy enforcement.- Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption protocols.Requirements:- Expertise in ArubaOS, AirWave, ClearPass, and Aruba Central.- Strong knowledge of advanced network protocols, VLANs, and security principles.- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.- Aruba certifications (ACSP, ACMP, ACCP) preferred.
