Job Title: Aruba Switching and Wireless Engineer (L3)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Aruba Switching and Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Aruba network infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning to ensure a secure and efficient network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, Troubleshoot and manage Aruba switches and wireless solutions.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues.
  • Optimize network performance using Aruba Central, ClearPass.
  • Implement security policies and best practices for network infrastructure.
  • Lead network upgrade projects and integration initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and best practice guidelines.
  • Act as an L3 escalation point for critical wireless network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Wi-Fi performance, connectivity, and security issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot wired/wireless integration problems.
  • Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass for AAA, 802.1X authentication, and policy enforcement.
  • Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption protocols.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in ArubaOS, AirWave, ClearPass, and Aruba Central.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced network protocols, VLANs, and security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Aruba certifications (ACSP, ACMP, ACCP) preferred.Role & responsibilities
