Position: Deputy / Assistant Digital Marketing Manager Location: MNRU – Y Junction Office, Kukatpally, Hyderabad Experience: 3–5 Years (Must have experience in ad agencies and education sector ) Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Deputy/Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both ad agencies and the education sector , understanding how to blend creative strategies with measurable outcomes. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Email & Social Media Marketing . Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards . Manage social media presence and create engaging content in collaboration with the creative team. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects. Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. Proven experience in digital marketing , especially in ad agencies and education sector . Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools . Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp is preferred. Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop . Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or Business Administration . Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO preferred.
