Position : Head of Finance / AGM FinanceEducation : Must be a CA / Inter CA (No other Education background)Experience : 8+ YearsReporting to : Managing DirectorsLocation : AhmedabadAbout the Company :With 26+ years in India’s retail industry,today operates 100+ stores across the West region. represent leading international brandsJob Responsibilities:Handling day-to-day accounts till the finalisation of accounts (Managing daily funds and arranging Capex & working capital finance from banksStrong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinating with consultants for tax assessment & appellate mattersCoordinating with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and other consultantsMonitoring & controlling accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirementsCoordinating ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely mannerManaging vendor paymentsLiaising with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departmentsMaintaining GST compliance including filing of monthly GST returnsEnsuring TDS compliance and booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assetsMaintaining banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions
