Position : Head of Finance / AGM FinanceReporting to : Managing DirectorsLocation : AhmedabadJob Responsibilities:Handling day-to-day accounts till the finalization of accountsManaging daily funds and arranging Capex & working capital finance from banksStrong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinating with consultants for tax assessment & appellate mattersCoordinating with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and other consultantsMonitoring & controlling accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirementsCoordinating ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely mannerManaging vendor paymentsLiaising with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departmentsMaintaining GST compliance including filing of monthly GST returnsEnsuring TDS compliance and booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assetsMaintaining banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions
