We are hiring

Osfin.ai is building cutting-edge solutions to help firms streamline their financial operations. Leading organizations across industries have automated fin-ops processes using Osfin.ai. Our founders are alumni of IIT Kanpur with extensive experience across product development and management consulting.

We are looking for talented folks to join our 10X growth journey, and be part of a rapidly growing global team spread across our offices in India and the US.

What will you get to work on?

As a core member of the Implementation Engineering team, you will:

  • Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to solution delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and productisation, driving innovation in service delivery and product features
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve implementation challenges efficiently


What do we expect from you?

For the Implementation Engineer role, we are seeking candidates with the following skills and

Expertise:

  • Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel
  • Work experience of 0.5-2 years in SQL is mandatory; Java experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Basic understanding and experience working with Oracle databases is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, allowing for seamless interactions with customers to understand their requirements thoroughly
  • Capable of working independently with minimal guidance, showcasing self-reliance and Initiative
  • Previous experience in working on automation projects, bringing valuable insights and efficiencies to the processes
  • Work From Office: Bangalore/ Mumbai / Client locations
