Company overview:Hiring one of our Technology Solutions Providers in India.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain IT User Experience dashboards in Splunk (and in the future Dynatrace SAAS) that provide a unified view of real user experiencesIntegrate Dynatrace input with log files from different web applications, their backends, and infrastructures.Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the dashboards meet business needs.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the dashboards.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to dashboard functionality and data integration.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall user experience.Qualification:Proven experience in developing dashboards and data visualization in SplunkStrong knowledge of Dynatrace and experience integrating it with other data sources.Experience with log file analysis from web applications, backends, and infrastructures and the ability to dig into details to uncover insightsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Technical Skills:Experience with monitoring tools and technologies.Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.Knowledge of scripting languages and automation.Expert in Dynatrace for monitoring and performance managementProven experience in developing with Splunk SPL, knowledge of Dynatrace Grail and DQLExperience with Git and GitHub for versioning and collaboration.Other Details:Location: Bengaluru, IndiaShift: 10 am to 7pmIndustry: IT IndustryExperience: 5 + YearsCompany Strength: 100k + EmployeesWork Mode: ONSITEWorking Days: Monday - FridayAbout HR Ways:HR Ways is an Award winning Technical Recruitment Firm helping software houses and IT Product companies internationally and locally to find IT Talent.
