Hope you are doing goodDashboard Developer – BI & Data Modeling12 Months ContractLocation: Remote – preferably in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore, IndiaRequired Qualificationso 4+ years of experience in business intelligence development or dashboard design.o 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, including dashboard creation and deployment.o Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.o Proven ability to conceptualize dashboards, translate business needs into technical requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions.o Experience in data modeling for BI purposes to support accurate ando Ability to manage dashboard development lifecycle from wireframe to rollout, including testing and validation.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Dataiku for advanced data preparation and analytics.Experience building executive dashboards for HR or Talent Acquisition,including multi-screen views for leadership reporting.Strong understanding of HR data structures and terminology to align dashboards with organizational goals.Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, or equivalent.Exposure to test script creation and UAT cycles for BI solutions.Responsibilities and OverviewWe are looking for a Dashboard Developer with strong business intelligence and data modeling skills to design and deliver executive dashboards that provide actionable insights for HR data. This role involves conceptualizing backend requirements, modeling data for BI purposes, and building dashboards using leading visualization tools.
