Financial Leadership : Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams to drive profitable growth across the region.

Deal Pricing & Governance : Oversee pricing for complex deals (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services), ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.

P&L Management : Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units; review financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.

Profitability & Performance Analysis : Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses; Strategic Business Partnering : Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders; support strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.

track win–loss ratios and maintain financial models for decision support.

Expense Management : Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.

Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.

Drive/support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Team Leadership : Mentor and guide finance analysts; build capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.

Ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at executive level.

Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling .

~ Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models , including managed services and outsourcing.

~ Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools .

~ Qualified CA is mandatory

~8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets .

~ Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
