Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team. Ensure adherence to coding standards, branching strategies, best practices, and project delivery timelines.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to support continuous skill development.

Participate in project estimation, planning, and risk management activities.

Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

~10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a senior/lead role.

~ Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS .

~ Hands-on experience with , NestJS, PostgreSQL, MySQL .

~ In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design, OOP principles, asynchronous programming, and exception handling .

~ Familiarity with Git, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, ANT Design, ng-zorro, ABP Framework, Bootstrap, Typesense (preferred).

~ Proven experience with AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, EKS, Lambda, SQS, etc.).

~ Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
