Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Legal based in Mumbai. The Head of Legal will oversee legal compliance, consult on legal matters, prepare legal documents, and address legal issues. The role involves strategic planning, ensuring all company operations adhere to legal standards, and providing legal guidance to senior management.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance
  • Experience in Legal Consulting and addressing Legal Issues
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; a Master's degree or specialization is a plus
  • Relevant experience in the real estate or residential sector is advantageous
