Job Description for the AM/Service ManagerLocation-Bangalore & ChennaiIndustry-HVAC IndustrySalary package : up to 10 lacs (depends on experience)Job Role:Coordination with Sales, Customer & internal Departments for the site related activities.Quick response and acknowledgement to any service call received from client/customer to achieve customer Satisfaction.Customer Handling / Spares Coordination / site working spaces & Quality of Assembly work.Service team management to upgrade the department’s efficiency and achieve customer satisfactionMaintain FOC material data, expedition of process through required approvals from concerning AuthorityMaintain the daily deputation tracker report and follow up with Project team for execution the assigned task.Monitor daily call (Assembly/ Customer Complaint) status and update closure reportsManaging Service-Related Activities in Bangalore and Chennai for Customer SatisfactionSupervising, motivating, and guiding service staff/techniciansBasic understanding of product/service technical aspects (HVAC Products Knowledge).Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service protocolsWorking knowledge of service CRM/ERP softwareExperience & Qualification:Proven experience of more than 6 to 8 years (HVAC/Engineering or any manufacturing unit will be preferred).B. Tech/ B.E in Elect. /Mech./Electronics Proficiency in MS office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) are mandatory
