Position Overview:
As an HR Associate, you will support the HR department with a variety of tasks, from recruitment to employee engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop HR skills, and contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records
- Support in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities
- Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Help in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and help foster a positive workplace culture
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR practices and a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach
