UrbanPiper is a rapidly growing SaaS platform powering digital transformation in the restaurant industry worldwide, with headquarters in India and subsidiaries in the UAE, UK, and USA. As we scale, we seek a driven FP&A Analyst to strengthen our strategic finance function.
Our FP&A team turns scattered data into clear plans and practical actions. This role keeps our leaders informed, helps teams stay accountable, and ensures resources are focused on the right priorities as we grow across India and internationally. Own the planning and analysis cycle—building, updating, and refining UrbanPiper’s quarterly and annual operating plans (AOP) across all geographies.
Perform regular variance analysis (MIS) to explain actuals versus plan, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Take full ownership of cash flow forecasting and analysis, tracking inflows and outflows across business entities, identifying timing gaps, and ensuring healthy liquidity.
Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple sources—including Zoho Books, Chargebee, and other tools—even when the data is incomplete or inconsistent.
Collaborate directly with the CEO, Finance Controller, and business heads to challenge assumptions and support strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models to support new initiatives, pricing strategies, market expansions, and business pivots.
Support ad hoc financial analysis for fundraising, investor relations, audits, and compliance as needed.

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. CA or CMA strongly preferred.
~3–6 years of FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS, tech startups, or multi-entity international companies.
~ Advanced financial modeling and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
~ Familiarity with Stripe, Zoho Books, Chargebee, Pazy, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
~ Data and dashboards are accurate, as near real-time as possible, well structured.
Variance analyses are timely, insightful, and enable proactive decision-making.
Financial processes and data integration are continuously improving through automation and standardization.
