Role Description
This is a contract Lead Technical Recruiter for Global Capability Center (GCC) role at Tech Projects, located in Hyderabad. The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle technical recruiting, hiring, and communication on-site.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top IT talent, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of emerging technologies, evolving IT job roles, and industry trends to help build a world-class technical team.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent for the GCC.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, Linked In, employee referrals, networking events, and AI-powered recruiting tools to identify potential hires.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership teams to define job requirements and hiring needs.
Pipeline Building: Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche technical roles.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment experience for candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on latest technologies and industry hiring trends to refine recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Metrics: Track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and culture to attract top IT professionals.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a GCC, IT services, or technology company.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT roles and emerging technology trends , including:
Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) etc
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Generative AI, Deep Learning, NLP
Cybersecurity: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Vounarability
Blockchain & Web3: Smart Contracts, Decentralized Applications (DApps)
Data Engineering & Analytics: Big Data, Data Lakes, Real-time Streaming (Kafka, Snowflake)
Software Development: Full Stack Development, Microservices, Serverless Computing
Dev Ops & SRE: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git Ops, AIOps
Internet of Things (Io T): Edge Computing, Smart Devices, Industrial Io T (IIo T)
ERP & SAP: Oracle ERP /SAP, Digital Supply Chain Technologies

Quantum Computing & Future Tech
Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using Linked In Recruiter, AI-driven hiring platforms, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking events.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring decisions.
Process Management: Experience handling multiple job openings simultaneously and meeting hiring deadlines.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and negotiating offers.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to track and improve recruitment metrics with data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience hiring for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or multinational technology firms.
Experience in bulk hiring and niche IT skill hiring for high-demand roles.
Knowledge of AI-based recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Taleo.
