Job Title: HR Recruitment SpecialistLocation: Agra , Uttar PradeshJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist who will not only lead talent acquisition efforts but also support broader HR and operational functions. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align recruitment strategies.- Enhance employer branding through innovative sourcing and engagement methods.- Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities.- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and support.- Ensure adherence to company processes and contribute to operational efficiency.- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and HR practices.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to multitask and manage both HR and operations responsibilities.- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software/ATS tools.- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.- Experience in managing additional operations tasks will be an added advantage.
