Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef at F.M.L Hospitality Pvt Ltd in Pune.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members, fostering skill development and productivity.
  • Oversee daily production and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
  • Develop innovative desserts and bakery products, refreshing the menu regularly to align with trends and seasons.
  • Conduct tastings and collect feedback to refine new products before implementation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to align pastry production with overall operations.
  • Address customer feedback and implement improvements to maintain satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Stay updated on pastry trends and introduce new techniques and ideas to enhance offerings.
  • Manage schedules and workflow to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
