Martech Strategy Consultant (e Commerce Focus)
We are seeking a hands-on Martech Consultant with proven expertise in designing and implementing Martech strategies and Single View of Customer (SVOC) solutions for retail organizations, particularly in e Commerce settings. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft and execute a robust Martech strategy that drives personalization, customer data integration, and an enhanced digital experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Martech Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive Martech strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on personalization, efficient customer experience (CX), and operational scalability.
2. Single View of Customer (SVOC) Implementation: Develop and deploy a unified customer data framework, ensuring a seamless and accurate 360° customer view, even in a cookie less environment.
3. Tool Selection & Integration: Evaluate, recommend, and integrate Martech tools (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, analytics platforms) that meet the organization’s business and technical requirements.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to define use cases, align on goals, and implement data-driven solutions for customer engagement and retention.
5. Hands-on Execution: Actively participate in the configuration, integration, and customization of Martech platforms to meet real-world business challenges.
6. Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations while managing customer data.
7. Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, establish analytics frameworks, and regularly assess the impact of Martech initiatives on business performance.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in building and executing Martech strategies for retail organizations, preferably in an e Commerce setting.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, analytics tools, understanding of multiple consent management platforms and personalization platforms.
• Good understanding of GA4 and tag implementation platforms like Tealium
• Hands-on technical expertise in Martech tools integration and data management.
• Familiarity with cookie less environments and strategies to achieve a single customer view.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a data-driven mindset.
