Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to join our team. The role involves managing recruitment processes, ensuring smooth HR operations, and handling administrative tasks to maintain an efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
HR Responsibilities:Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation programs and training sessions for new hires.Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.Monitor and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company requirements.Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional manner.
Administrative Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of office supplies.Coordinate travel arrangements and scheduling for employees as needed.Ensure the workplace complies with health, safety, and security standards.Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, and administrative roles.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
