Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Video Editor who specializes in creating engaging short-form and long-form content for social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a knack for storytelling, and the technical skills to bring raw footage and graphics to life in a compelling way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Transform raw footage and graphics into engaging short-form and long-form videos that align with client branding and objectives.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts and ensure the delivery of visually appealing content.
  • Ensure all videos are optimized for their respective platforms, including aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats.
  • Stay updated with trends in video editing, social media content, and platform-specific algorithms.
  • Maintain project files and assets in an organized manner for easy future access.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing for social media platforms, with a portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics, transitions, and color grading.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific video requirements.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.


Education

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).


Experience

1-2 years of experience in video editing for social media is preferred, but exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
