Business Development Manager – Nutraceutical Ingredients- B2B Sales

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and take charge of sales, marketing, and business development within a thriving region.


As the Business Development Manager for our nutraceutical ingredient company, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role will be key to expanding our reach and achieving our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Key Accounts: Take responsibility for all major accounts in your assigned region, developing deep relationships with clients to drive loyalty and prevent competitor encroachment.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Identify and understand key customer needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives to maximize satisfaction and growth.
  • Relationship Management: Expand and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely delivery of the right products and services.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Revenue Growth: Play a pivotal role in driving new business and generating long-term partnerships that contribute to sustained company success.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Utilize key account metrics to prepare regular progress reports and sales forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.
