Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage key accounts to build lasting relationships and foster growth.
Develop trust with stakeholders, ensuring loyalty and long-term success.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers through valuable solutions.
⏱ Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.
Drive new business for long-lasting partnerships and growth.
Use metrics to create regular progress reports and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (Science-related preferred); MBA is a plus.
15+ years in sales/business development within the nutraceutical or dietary industry.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving international growth.
Strong knowledge of the nutraceutical industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
