We’re self-funded, profitable, and pay well… and on time Roles and Responsibilities: Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Work on design briefs/outlines shared by the content team or clients. Create a wide range of visual content, including social media graphics, ad banners, blog post graphics, web banners, infographics, presentations, ebooks, posters, and emails. Develop, evolve, and maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual assets. Collaborate with our team to ensure design consistency and quality. Required Skillsets: Conceptual/visualization ability and originality. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and UI/UX design principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professionalism regarding time, deadlines, and constructive criticism. A portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience. Knowledge of design trends and aesthetics What we're looking for in a candidate A passion for graphic design and content visualization. A willingness to learn and grow with our team. A self-motivated and disciplined approach to work. Nice to have: Understanding of branding and visual identity. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch. Basic knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
