Your Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design specifically in Social media focused role to join our social media team to take our social media channels to the next level by translating brand messaging into interactive, engaging, and valuable content, through the mastery of design. Responsibilities: Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material Create engaging storyboard for a video Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns Design and produce a wide array of media Develop our company brand to increase brand presence Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements, including image dimensions, file formats, and best practices. Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that meet brand guidelines. Ability to adapt quickly to changes and feedback, while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. Skills 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing Experience using design software such as In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator Good team player who has a drive to thrive and grow Strong knowledge of typography and color theory Design and develop visually stunning and on-brand graphics for social media platforms Good knowledge of Social media platforms Understand requirements and create design assets that align with the overall brand strategy. Create engaging and shareable infographics, illustrations, animations, and other visual elements to enhance social media campaigns and drive audience engagement. Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and overall visual style across all social media platforms. Stay up to date with current design trends and techniques, continuously enhancing your skills and bringing fresh ideas to the team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Good to have Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is advantageous. Knowledge of Ui/UX designing.
