Bangalore ( Hybrid) Good experience as a Solution Architect, someone should be able to design, troubleshooting and bug fixing when required. Define technical standards, best practices, and frameworks to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Act as the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving complex Salesforce issues. Perform deep root cause analysis for bugs, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks. Provide hands-on guidance in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL) when required. Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to align solutions with business goals. Communicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Partner with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems. 7+ years of Salesforce development, solution design experience and atleast 2-3 years of solution architect experience working currently. ~ Strong background in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs, Integration). ~ Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing in Salesforce environments. ~ Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions . ~ Salesforce certifications preferred. ~ Salesforce Certified Application Architect ~ Salesforce Certified System Architect ~ Salesforce Platform Developer II (nice to have) ~ Health Insurance Referral Bonus Performance Bonus Flexible Working options
