You need to know trading, and you should be willing to work 14 hours a day, and you need to have longterm mindset, we are building something longterm, you'll directly work with our CEO and founder.
TradeBerg is building the first AI-native trading terminal . Think Cursor for Trading : TradingView-quality charts, Bloomberg-grade data, but with an AI reasoning layer that actually analyzes earnings, options flow, liquidity, filings, and news for you.
We are not building another retail app. We are creating a new way to analyze markets : deterministic, AI-powered, reasoning-driven. Our goal is to become the Bloomberg of the AI age .
AmulyaCo, our venture studio under Factual Holding Co, is where this is being built, a systems company launching high-moat, category-defining products.
We are hiring a Founding Technical Lead to own the architecture, ship the MVP in weeks, and scale it into a system traders and funds cannot live without. This is a zero-to-one role : design, build, ship, iterate, and then build the team under you.
Ship MVP in
Reduce AI hallucinations with guardrails, retrieval, JSON schema validation.
Translate trader workflows (EPS beats, options flow, order book liquidity) into software.
Fullstack fluency: React/Next.js, Node/Python (FastAPI), Postgres/TimescaleD
BAI/ML knowledge: LLM integration, RAG, embeddings, JSON schema validatio
Financial data engineering: Prior experience with finance data (quant, algo trading, fintech, or crypto analytics)
Bias to ship: Obsessed with building something massive, not just clocking in
Speed over perfection, ship fast and validate faster
No hand-holding, full autonomy, founder mindset required
Compensation
~₹0% equity (founding pool) Performance-based upside
5+ years experience in programming
~2+ years in trading or finance-related projects
~1+ years in AI/ML integration
And if you have not traded before, or don't know about the financial market, then you won't be eligible to apply for this position, It's mainly for someone who is obsessed with both finance and tech.
