Job Title: Tech Lead Location: Bangalore, India (Candidates must be based in Bangalore) Employment Type: Full-Time | 1-Year Contract About Us JOMS (Just One More Step) combines creativity and technology to develop innovative products that elevate customer experiences. We are building a disruptive platform and are looking for a Tech Lead to drive architecture, hands-on development, and team mentorship. Key Responsibilities Architecture & System Design: Own and implement micro-services architecture using Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin). Security: Enforce API security best practices, including JWT-based authentication/authorisation. Dev Ops & CI/CD: Set up pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). Hands-on Development: Lead development of backend services and Flutter-based mobile/web applications. Code Quality: Establish coding standards, conduct reviews, and implement automated testing. Mentorship: Guide developers, collaborate with product managers, and drive Agile execution. Troubleshooting: Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Qualifications 5+ years in full-stack development, with 2+ years as Tech Lead or Architect . Strong expertise in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Micro-services, JWT security . Proven experience with Flutter & Dart for cross-platform apps and web panels . Knowledge of distributed systems, REST/g RPC APIs, SQL/No SQL databases, and message queues . Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills . Bonus Point s Experience in Fin Tech, e Commerce, or high-volume transactional system s. Advanced Flutter state management (Riverpod, BLo C, Get X ). Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP ).
