Job Summary:

We are seeking a Student Coordinator to support students in navigating their study-abroad journey, especially for higher education in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students post-enrollment, managing their documentation, and facilitating each step from admission to arrival. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and supportive process for students aiming to study abroad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for students throughout their admission, visa, and pre-departure processes, ensuring timely assistance and guidance.
  • Coordinate and verify the collection of required documents, managing deadlines for applications, visa, and other essential paperwork.
  • Guide students step-by-step through the visa application process, including appointment scheduling and document preparation.
  • Provide pre-departure support, including arranging accommodation options, travel information, and orientation for their arrival in Germany.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with students to address concerns and resolve issues, working with internal teams and external partners as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student consultancy, study-abroad services, or education counseling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally address student queries.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple student profiles and deadlines.
