Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee – Technical , you will work closely with our senior technical team to understand our systems, software development processes, and technical infrastructure. This role is designed to build your skills in technology, project management, and business analysis while offering opportunities to contribute to key technical initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Training and Development
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams
  • Assist in Software Development
  • Support System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Cross-functional Exposure
  • Research and Innovation


Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of programming languages
  • Familiarity with web technologies
  • Basic knowledge of databases and version control systems .
  • Understanding of software development life cycle.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any relevant internships or projects involving React, MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and version control systems.
