Job Title: SaaS Marketing Lead (Offline / Onsite) About Plutonapps Plutonapps is a global product studio helping founders turn ideas into scalable SaaS businesses. We build, launch, and grow SaaS products across industries — combining strategy, design, and technology to create world-class digital experiences. We’re now launching our own SaaS products , and we’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can spearhead our marketing efforts — take the product to market, acquire the first set of users, and establish a strong growth foundation. Role Overview You will be responsible for building awareness, creating buzz, and onboarding the first users for our new SaaS product. This role demands a hands-on marketer who can craft positioning, execute outreach campaigns, and convert prospects into paying users — primarily through direct marketing, partnerships, events, and offline channels (while integrating online strategy too). You’ll work closely with the product, design, and leadership teams to shape how our SaaS product is perceived and adopted. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to attract early adopters and generate qualified leads. Conduct offline and direct marketing initiatives — meet potential clients, attend events, and drive partnerships. Create and manage marketing campaigns , including local activations, collaborations, and presentations. Build and maintain relationships with businesses, founders, and early users to drive onboarding and retention. Collaborate with the design and content team to produce compelling marketing materials (presentations, flyers, demos). Identify and explore growth opportunities — product demos, partnerships, and niche communities. Work with the founder to shape product messaging, pricing, and positioning. Track campaign performance, collect user feedback, and report metrics. Requirements 2–5 years of marketing, business development, or growth experience — ideally in SaaS, B2B, or startups. Strong understanding of startup ecosystems , software products, and client acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills — both in person and online. Confidence in meeting and converting potential users and clients offline. Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Bonus: Experience in product launches, GTM strategy, or early-stage startup environments. Who You Are A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
