Company Description looking for audiometry technician This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audiometry Technician located in Srikakulam Mandal. The Audiometry Technician will be responsible for administering hearing tests, maintaining audiometric equipment, recording and analyzing test results, and assisting with the fitting and maintenance of hearing aids. Additionally, the Technician will provide support and education to patients and ensure that all audiometric procedures align with clinical standards. Experience in administering hearing tests and recording results Ability to adhere to clinical standards and protocols Audiology Technician certification or equivalent education Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus Behavioral Therapy: assesses a child's needs and creates a personalized treatment plan to address issues like tantrums, defiance, anxiety, and ADHD. Their role includes teaching the child coping mechanisms and social skills, and training parents to reinforce positive behaviors and implement strategies at home. Therapists help children improve emotional regulation, self-esteem, and problem-solving abilities, which positively impacts their behavior at school and home. Therapists evaluate a child's behavior, developmental history, and underlying issues to create a customized treatment plan. They help children build essential skills such as emotional regulation, problem-solving, and effective communication. Parent training: A major component of the role is educating parents and caregivers on how to apply behavioral techniques at home to support the child's progress. Mental health support: They work with children to manage a variety of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, and mood-related issues, to improve their overall well-being. Therapy helps improve social interactions with family, peers, and teachers. Enhanced academic performance: By improving focus and behavior management, therapists can positively impact a child's academic performance. help children develop skills for daily living, such as self-care, schoolwork, and play, by addressing physical, sensory, cognitive, and social challenges. They create customized treatment plans using everyday activities, exercises, and adaptations to improve a child's independence and ability to participate fully in their environment. Therapists help children develop coordination and strength for activities like writing, using scissors, walking, and running. OTs help children who have difficulty processing sensory information, which can impact their ability to focus and participate in activities. They work to improve a child's attention, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and social skills, including turn-taking and cooperation.
