Position:
BOE Shift In-Charge

Location: Srikakulam , Andhrapradesh

Key Responsibilities

·      Monitor, operate, and control high-pressure boilers, turbines, and auxiliaries as per SOPs.

·      Ensure continuous and reliable steam/power generation in line with production requirements.

·      Carry out routine checks on boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, feedwater levels, combustion efficiency, and fuel consumption.

·      Optimize boiler performance for efficiency and cost control.

·      Lead and supervise boiler operators, technicians, and shift personnel.

·      Conduct shift handover meetings with detailed recording of operating conditions and pending issues.

·      Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical, and utility departments for smooth plant operations

Education & Licensing

• Mandatory
  Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) Certificate
  .
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering.

Experience

• 3–10+ years of experience in boiler/power plant operations.
• Experience with high-pressure boilers (30 TPH+), AFBC/CFBC/WHRB boilers, or turbine operations preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of DCS/PLC-based control systems.
• Strong understanding of boiler combustion, heat balance, and efficiency optimization.
• Familiarity with safety norms (OHS, ISO, energy management).

Duty:
8-hour shift operations
