Role & Responsibilities at Job: • 8-12 years of hands-on experience in productivity tool implementation, support, and training, with a focus on enterprise environments. • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and all associated productivity and collaboration features. • Extensive experience with Active Directory (Cloud and On-Premises), including design, migration, and ongoing support. • Hands on working experience with Microsoft Entra AD/DS • Strong working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and Microsoft Intune. • Proficiency in software deployments and laptop imaging, and identity and access management (IAM). • Automation and scripting expertise, especially with PowerShell and Python. • Hands on working experience with SSO • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to ensure that best practices are implemented and 100% security posture compliance. • Strong documentation skills (processes, checklists, guidelines, user guides, etc.). • Ability to quickly learn and communicate the impact of new features and updates in the productivity tool landscape. • Deep understanding of information security requirements and data privacy topics as they relate to productivity tools. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate Skill Set required: Hands-on and in-depth knowledge on: - • Active Directory (Cloud, On-perm) • Microsoft Office complete suite (O365, M365, all features) • MDM: Intune • Software deployments • VCs, Imaging, IAM • Scripting: Powershell, Python Qualification: Education: BE/B.Tech – CS Certificate: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Solution Architect
