About the Role: As a Social Media executive at Hot Fuego India Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our client website.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, engagement opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Engage with followers, promptly respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting insights and recommending improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, tools, and trends.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and credibility.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on various platforms.
  • To measure campaign performance, execute marketing campaigns with A/B testing analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Perform comprehensive on-page optimization including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content optimization.
  • Track Campaign Goal with tracking ID.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.



Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Passport Required.



Required Skills:



  • Proven work experience as a social media executive or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Deal with USA, UAE, Australia, and European clients.
