About the Role: As a social media executive at Hot Fuego India Pvt Ltd., you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our client's website.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, engagement opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Engage with followers, promptly respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting insights and recommending improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, tools, and trends.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and credibility.
  • Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on various platforms.
  • To measure campaign performance, execute marketing campaigns with A/B testing analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Perform comprehensive on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content optimization.
  • Track campaign goal with tracking ID.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Good English Communication



Required Skills:



  • Proven work experience as a social media executive or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Deal with USA, UAE, Australia, and European clients.



Stipend: 10,000/- per month with 3 months internship period.
