Director of Creative Operations

IIHMR University, Jaipur seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Operations Manager - Auditorium. Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Solid understanding of event logistics, operations, and technical requirements for large-scale gatherings. ~ Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and online booking platforms. ~ A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations. ~ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt strategies and overcome challenges in event planning and execution. ~ Required Experience: Proven experience (at least 5 years) in sales, marketing, Administrative, and operations roles, preferably in banquet sales, event management, hospitality, or related industries. Preference will be given to those having corporate tie-up experience. Identify potential clients and target markets, including corporate entities, event organizers, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations. ~ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and adherence to university policies. ~ Collaborate with the university’s marketing and communications team to develop promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, and advertising strategies. ~ Work closely with the facilities management team to schedule bookings, manage logistics, and handle technical requirements (e.g., Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, venue policies, and contractual obligations during events. ~ Maintain accurate records of bookings, financial transactions, and client communications using appropriate software or systems.
